This time, with Yaga Yoman and I Jahson, we are able to present two veterans of the scene who have been carrying the message of reggae music for many years with incomparable passion. They are supported by the backing bands Cottage Riddim and Kaya Roots Band – uplifting vibes guaranteed. Vienna tell dem, it's time for roots & culture

YAGA YOMAN & COTTAGE RIDDIM

He was known as “Komfonana” when he wrote and composed a song in 2002. Little did he know that the title of that song would become his artist name: the fans anointed him “Yagayo” from the very first day he performed the titular song with the Militant Youth Band – which itself later transformed into the All Star Crew Band, rocking fans in Accra, Ghana with the best in Reggae from their own tunes to the most famous worldwide standbys.

Yaga Yoman recorded his debut eight-song album, “Hold Up The Banner”, in 2012. He is a born entertainer, who knows how to electrify his audience, move them with powerful performances and spread good vibrations. Reggae is his culture, love is his religion and respect is his best friend.

Yaga Yoman is proud to announce the coming of his new album, “Solution”, which will arrive in 2020.

I JAHSON

I Jahson a.k.a. Edwin Crewe was born in T.K. Trenance, a legendary part of the second biggest city of Zimbabwe, called Bulawayo. This place is also known as the city of kings, where King Mzilikazi came from.

His debut single "Source Of Life" was released in 2010 by Richvibes Records and is a testament to the birth of a new great reggae voice. Reminiscent of the great Bob Marley, I Jahson performs this song with unique passion, that shall become his trademark.

Up to now he has performed on many stages and places, singing alongside Ras & Roots, Rikitik, House Of Riddim, Black Dilllinger, Chuck Fenda and many more. These days he is on tour with “Kaya Roots Band” – a new album is in the making.
